1. Introduction

Welcome to Seth.app ("Platform", "we", "our").

By accessing, minting, purchasing, or interacting with the $SETH token, iPoW Phone, or any part of the Seth AI Agent Ecosystem ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms govern:

• Token minting and distribution
• Use of the iPoW mining phone
• AI Agent ecosystem participation
• Access to decentralized applications under Seth Protocol

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Are not located in any sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction
• Understand blockchain-related risks
• Are not prohibited from participating in token sales or mint events under your local laws

3. Token Minting & Distribution

3.1 Total Supply

The total supply of $SETH is 21,000,000,000 (21B) tokens.

3.2 Community Mint Allocation

A total of 10% (2.1B tokens) is allocated for the Seth Community Mint Event.

3.3 Unlock Schedule

• Community Mint tokens remain frozen prior to TGE.
• The Token Generation Event (TGE) is expected to occur in Q2-Q3/2026.
• Seth.app reserves the right to adjust TGE timing based on technical, regulatory, or market conditions.

3.4 No Rights or Guarantees

Minting $SETH does not grant equity, voting rights, revenue rights, or ownership of any legal entity.

4. Special Clauses for Seth.app Ecosystem

4.1 Rewards for Top 10,000 Seth Holders

The Top 10,000 $SETH holders (based on on-chain snapshot taken before TGE) will receive:

• One (1) high-end iPoW Mining Phone
• Exclusive 99-year mining rights within the Seth.APP AI Agent ecosystem
• Early access to new AI modules, agent clusters, and Python/MOJO runtime upgrades
• Pre-orders for the iPoW Mining Phone will open in Q1 2026 exclusively on the iPoW.ai website.

This reward is non-transferable until after device delivery.

4.2 iPoW Phone Ownership Rules

To maintain network fairness and decentralization:

(a) One Phone Per Person

Each participant may hold only ONE (1) iPoW Mining Phone. Multiple device mining is strictly prohibited.

(b) Device Replacement Process

You may purchase a new iPoW mining phone, but:

• You must transfer your existing iPoW DID identity into the new device
• The old phone will be deactivated from mining
• Mining rights follow the DID, not the device

(c) DID Integrity

Your iPoW DID is the anchor for:

• 99-year mining rights
• Identity authentication
• Access to AI agent clusters
• Qualification for future ecosystem rewards

Tampering, duplicating, or selling DID credentials is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Mining & Rewards

Seth mining rewards are algorithmically determined based on:

• Device performance
• AI workload contribution
• Network difficulty
• Staking or delegation options (if applicable)

Mining returns are not guaranteed, vary over time, and may change based on AI edge upgrades.

5. Risks & Disclaimers

By using Seth.app, you acknowledge:

• Blockchain assets involve high risks
• Token prices may fluctuate or become worthless
• The ecosystem may evolve, update, or modify structures
• Smart contract exploits, network failures, or cyber incidents may occur
• Mining rewards, TGE schedule, and API features may change without notice

Seth.app is not responsible for losses arising from market or technical events.

6. No Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing provided by Seth.app constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Users should consult professional advisors and conduct independent research.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, code, documentation, and AI models in Seth.app are the property of the Seth Protocol development team or respective licensors.

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Manipulate token minting
• Attempt multi-device mining
• Hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the system
• Use Seth.app for unlawful purposes
• Create counterfeit DIDs or unauthorized agents

Violation may result in the loss of mining rights, account suspension, and potential legal consequences.

9. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this site with the updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Virgin Islands (BVI) unless stated otherwise. Disputes shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration.
